ChALLENGE:
Holland Brothers Films worked directly with Folkington’s to create an advert which celebrated “Making the Time”. Folkington’s makes drinks to be enjoyed, not drunk in a hurry. An orange juice in the morning to kick the day off right, a sparkling elderflower for a midday pickup, and a flavored pressé with gin at the pub when all is said and done. Folkington’s aims to remind the ‘doers’ that their is time to take a pause, we just have to make it.
APPROACH:
Holland Brothers created a brief which celebrated taking a pause for enjoyment, spanning three characters and a wealth of different settings.
The concept asked people to consider the idea of making a drink or simply pausing to open one, as a moment of respite within the day where you could truly enjoy yourself and reflect on the great things which you have accomplished; and by extension Folkington’s has enabled you to do.
The difficulty was setting up 8 locations all over the county, shooting the various story beats and wrapping all within the allotted 24 hours.
OUTCOME:
The film is used as Folkington’s chief piece of advertising, increasing their social reach which correlate to sales. They are now stocked all across the country, and continue to grow.
